The 2010 Festival has two parts:

1. Independent Feature Films

As in years past there will be six films in current release that represent the best in independent filmmaking. These films will be selected in the summer and the schedule will be posted here in August, 2010.

2. Short films by Minnesota filmmakers

Prizes for top 10 submissions of $300 each

New this year: submit your new film (up to 15 minutes in length). Ten films will be selected and screened at locations in Brainerd, Little Falls, Staples, Wadena, and New York Mills. Attention filmmakers: the Jerome Foundation has a film and video grant program with a deadline of May 1, 2010. Check it out--it is for small and larger but non-commercial films.
